ASNA FALL COMMUNITY SERVICE PROJECT

Annually, ASNA provides scholarships to well deserving UTA nursing students as well as participate in an annual community service project. However, this year the association voted to participate in two community service projects. The fall community service project exhibited outstanding participation from the nurses at AISD. There were over 80-gallon size Ziplock bags filled with personal hygiene products donated to the Arlington Life Shelter. The shelter's director was overwhelmed with gratitude and very thankful their organization was selected as benefactors.
